Return policy
You have 14 days to return your faulty item from the purchase date to be eligible for a return. The item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition you received it. Proof of purchase is required and must accompany the returned item. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, no refund will be provided for return shipping.
Once received, your item will be inspected for any faults and I will contact you directly regarding an outcome or refund. Please provide full contact details with your returned item.
Exchanges of items are not permitted due to change of mind.
Due to health concerns, earrings are not refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
