Like any piece of precious art, proper care is necessary to help maintain their beauty and longevity. Please follow the resin care instructions below to ensure that you will continue to enjoy your artwork for many years to come!
Resin & Wood, Resin Art and Resin Homewares
* Oil the wood regularly with mineral oil to condition and provide longevity of the wood product ( do not use olive or other cooking oils). You can use a little of mineral oil to freshen up any casting resin that may appear a little dull or frosted to bring back it's shine
* Allow for the wood and resin piece to dry naturally
* Do not cut on the resin art and or casting resin
* Avoid scratching the resin
* Resin is safe for cold food only
* Do not place your wood and resin piece in the dishwasher
* Do not expose to extreme heat above 60 degrees - avoid microwave, oven and other heat sources.
* Resin is strong and durable but treat it like a ceramic as it can break if dropped or knocked against a hard surface
* Avoid placing the item in direct sunlight to avoid discolouration. Even though the resin is UV stable and resistant it's not proof, yellowing and colour change can still occur if left in the sun for long periods of time
* Wash with warm water using a mild detergent or wipe down with a damp cloth
Hand Painted Pot Planter and Vase Care
* All pot planters are indoor use only
* The outside of the pot planter can get slightly wet from watering, just wipe with soft cloth
*Be careful of clean of cleaning products near the pots especially if it has alcohol in cleaner, as it will affect the artwork
* Each pot planter has been hand painted, making it beautiful and unique functional art for your space
